In order to further the investigate influence of a secondary lateral stopping block on the dynamic performance of a vehicle and to supply a reference and guidance for bogie design,the effects of parameters of a stopping block,including stop gap and stop stiffness,on comfort and safety indices of running were probed into by taking the curve negotiation of vehicle as an example.
