用超导导线输送直流电流,由于无阻就无能耗,输电量也高。设想可将超导线在安置的超流环境中埋在地下成为超导电缆。现时不少高温超导体其临界温度在液氮温度以上,可将此类超导线放入液氮杜瓦管中来输电,但长距离输电目前尚不现实,期待超过室温超导材料的发现和实用化才行。
