Evaluation on the fire risk in the urban car parks;

This paper analyzes the main reasons of parking difficulty,puts forward the corresponding measures from aspects of increasing input of car park construction,setup car park within road rationally,perfecting manage-ment mechanism of car park,propagating transportation laws extensively,etc.

This paper introduces the method of deciding type,plan and design of car park which influence directly city static traffic,and puts forward a proposal that in the future more underground car parks will be constructed in the city.
