This paper introduces principles, characters and practic al or possible applications of pulse cooling, conformal cooling and CO_ 2 gas cooling of injention molding .

Based on several facts of CSRm, such as the layout of the ring, the lattice parameters, exiting Schottky noise diagnosis equipment and fund, the primary stochastic cooling design of CSRm has been carried out.

Comparing the influences of two different kinds of cooling after rolling on microstructure and properties of ultra strength steel with boron, the bainite + ferrite microstructure could be gained by spray water cooling to 450℃ and then natural cooling to room-temperature, therefore, the high yield strength and tensile strength of the testing steel could be gained.
