本文针对一般方法增加镗刀刀杆静刚度的局限性,采用了一种新颖的增加刀杆动刚度的新颖的思维方法对内藏式减振刀杆进行了分析,建立了减振刀杆的模型,提出了使用六个参数来分析刀杆振动特性的方法,并运用材料力学和流体力学的知识对这六个参数作了定量的计算,且对其中五个参数编写了计算程序,最后设计了长径比为6:1的减振镗刀刀杆,用Matlab对此刀杆进行了仿真。
