Focusing on the importance of screw thread joint, this paper analyzes the screwing techniques and the status of screwing tool s application, and brings forward the significance definitely for designing a control system of advanced screw tightening machine by investigating the screwing technology.

Combined with the examples,the paper discussed 30 m box beam stretching technology.

During the prestressed construction of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, the new stretching technology and computer simulation were applied to guide the construction of the over long basement exterior wall ,and the quality control was also introduced.
