针对工程中动力机械发生的故障、事故,分析常规设计、计算和操作中所存在的问题,采用现代疲劳、损伤、断裂计算与常规强度计算相结合的计算分析方法,使关键零部件的整体计算和局部计算相结合,编制动力机械强度失效分析和寿命预测程序;采用现代计算机虚拟设计和虚拟装配与常规设计计算相结合方法,提高制造精度,解决因振动引发疲劳断裂事故;采用智能化的检测、实时的程序计算和软测量技术,获得软测量参数,实现安全分析、报警、优化调节和控制,达到安全运转,优化运行指标。
