Aiming at the existing problems of poor sealing effect and service and maintenance of an amphibious tank′s turret ring,this paper adopts a particular technique scheme which takes the solution combining active sealing and passive fast clearout and conducts specific design and true-vehicle tank experiment for this solution,which validates the feasibility and validity of this scheme.

The main shaft seal of pump turbines with large capacity at high rotational speed is more liable to failure as compared with that of conventional pump turbines.
