针对PCT氮气泵存在氮气浪费大、充氮压力低、小缸套易磨损等问题,对其进行了以下几方面的改进:(1)对原泵的充氮管线进行了改进,高压氮气直接与泵的输入单流阀连接,拆去减压阀,用压缩空气做动力源;(2)改变小缸套、小活塞的直径,提高氮气泵的压缩比;(3)在原泵的外部增加进气平衡管线。
