gaoshenge一lun一egu heJ一n高剩磁铝镍钻合金(AI一Ni一e。alloy withhigh remanenel)剩磁大于2.ZT的铸造铝镍钻来永磁合金。剩磁即为合金中剩余磁感应强度或剩余磁通密度的简称。该合金钻含量较高(约为叔%),典型成分为Fe14NisA124Co3Cu(中国牌号LNG32,美国牌号Alnicos)。合金磁体的性能为:剩磁Brl.2一1.25T,矫顽力H。45一50kA/m,最大磁能积(BH)ma,32~40kJ/m3。如果制成定向结晶磁体(LNG52,Alnieo5 DG),则B,可提高到1.30一2.32T,(BH)na二可提高到52一56kJ/m3。 高剩磁铝镍钻合金由高频或中频感应炉熔炼,于砂型(或精密模壳)中浇铸,铸件经清理、切割和粗磨后进行热处理。热处理是保证所需磁性的关键环节,包括1250~1300C固溶处理,空冷至900一C,然后于居里温度以下和亚稳分解开始的温度实施磁场热处理,即在90。一700C范围内控速冷却(。.5一1.oC/S),之后进行62。一550C回火处理。在磁场处理和随后回火处理过程中,合金从高温a相分解成富铁钻的a相和富镍铝的al相,造成两相的成分差异和强的形状各向异性,从而获得高剩磁的磁各向异性磁体。 (肖文涛)
