By improving pouring system to enlarge the effective section for molten iron running into bottom location to speed up the molten iron reaching the bottom location,increase volume of the molten iron simultaneously reaching bottom location,enhance temperature of the molten iron reaching bottom location,and by improving venting of mould cavity,the blow hole.
阀压盖顶部和底部连接处壁薄,壁薄部位长,底部气孔缺陷多,改进浇注系统,增大铁液到达底部的有效通道,提高铁液到达底部的速度,增加同时到达底部的铁液量,提高到达底部铁液的温度,加强型腔排气,克服了气孔缺陷,获得致密、合格的阀压盖铸件。
