【德国存款保护基金】德国联邦银行协会在政府支持下建立起“存款保护基金”。为自愿参加存款保护的每一个私人商业银行的存款人提供不超过该行股本资本30%的存款保护。保护的范围包括居民、非居民的本、外币存款，私人商业银行海外分行的本、外币存款。该存款保护基金对存款人提供的保护有限，主要是:并非所有私人商业银行都参加了存款保护基金;该基金对受损存款的支付能力取决于基金的规模;对受损存款的支付没有法律上的强制，而是由基金自主决定。
