Chinese Holstein cattle were selected as donors and divided into 4 groups,on the same condition of feeding system,these donors were superovulated with the following treatments: CIDR+24hE-17β+FSH+PG and FSH+PG.

| 黑白花牛 Black-White 体型最大3、分布最广、产奶量最高的奶牛品种。原产于荷兰的西弗里斯兰和北荷兰省。因毛色呈黑白花片，故名。分乳用和乳肉兼用两型。头狭长，额有白三角星或白鼻梁，角细短，体型略呈楔形，腹下、四肢、关节和尾帚均为白色。乳用型牛体格高大，乳房特别发达，静脉明显。年平均产奶量6500～7500千克。兼用型牛体型略小，身躯低矮宽深，乳房匀称，附着良好。年平均产奶量4500～6000千克。肥育后的屠宰率可达55％～60％，肉质细嫩多汁。中国引进种公牛与当地母黄牛杂交选育，偏乳用型。
