A group were given Benazepril.
方法:以60名正常人为对照,研究98名原发性高血压患者的血压、MMPI、LES、SS、HAMA、HAMD,皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素及血小板5-羟色胺,并将患者随机分为盐酸贝那普利治疗组(A组)和盐酸贝那普利加用帕罗西汀治疗组(B组),在服药第28天末比较A、B两组患者的血压变化、HAMA及HAMD得分变化等。
