原料：豆腐渣500克，葱花200克，精盐、味精各适量，色拉油50克。
制法：
豆腐渣放入盘中上锅蒸透，葱花撤在豆腐渣上备用。炒锅上火，注入色拉油烧至六成热时放少许葱花，炒出香味，倒入盘中豆腐渣及葱花，煸炒片刻放盐、味精颠炒出锅。
