挥发施釉 陶瓷施釉技法之一。专用于缸器一类。是将器坯先装入窑内（不用匣钵）煤烧灼，至最后阶段坯已烧成熟时，将食盐投入焚火室，食盐在高温下变成气体进入窑内，与已成熟的坯体表面的硅酸盐发生化学变化，而熔融成一层薄釉。所以这种釉亦称“食盐釉”。
