qu}!。o取料(redaiming)在矿石匀化料场中用取抖机按定方式连续地从料场中取出矿石的过程。在料堆有,定堆料层数的情况下,矿石匀化效果与取料方式有关。矿石匀化料场的取料方法主要有端面取料、侧面取料和J戍部取料 端面取料法取料作业在料堆的整个横断面上进行.山料堆的纵向一端开始逐渐往另一端推进。(图中。)端面取料法与人字形或菱形堆料法相配合可以得到较为理想的矿石匀化效果。端面取料法所用的取料机有桥式斗轮取料机和桥式圆筒取料机。 侧面取料法从料堆的横向侧面开始取料,沿料堆的纵向往返进行。(图中b)侧面取料法与倾斜层堆料法配合使用较好,用与人字形或菱形堆料法配合使用时,矿石匀化效果较差。侧面取料法不如端面取料法的匀化效果好、故适用于对矿石匀化程度要求不高的匀化作业。侧面取料法宜用耙式取料机。 底部取料法仅用于带有缝形仓口的长形料堆和圆锥形料堆。取料时,用叶轮取料机的叶片伸向料仓的底部,把其中的物料拨出仓外,卸到位于仓下的出料带式输送机上,叶轮机以一定的速度沿料仓全长(纵向)作往返移动,叶轮将物料由缝形仓中拨出;由于叶轮半堆料巍廿蘸薰鬃刻 窿羹爵一 堆料 {川{取鞠蘸、藻薰薰囊纵 ~攘黝~ b 取料方法示意图 。一端面取料法(入字形料堆); b一侧面取料法(倾斜层料堆)径所限,它能同时切取的物料层数最多6一10层,匀化效果较差,仅适于匀化要求不高的场合。 (宋梅’牙)
