d一QnZUdUlho门电阻对焊(uresistanee butt welding)被焊件装配成对接接头,使其端面紧密接触,利用电阻热加热至热塑性状态后迅速施加顶锻力完成焊接的电阻焊方法。 电阻对焊是在固态时完成的,接头处的金属被电阻加热到接合面很容易发生再结晶的温度。向接头施加压力使接合面紧密接触,然后顶锻接头金属。顶锻促进了界面处的再结晶,一部分金属被挤出界面,这样可使接头处的氧化金属清除掉。对接接头可以达到与母材金属相同的性能。 电阻对焊用于金属丝轧制厂以及金属丝制品的制造。轧丝厂用这种焊接将盘条彼此连接以便于进行连续加工。也可用于制造棒材、板条和管材制成的各种产品。碳钢、不锈钢、铜合金以及铝合金都能采用此法焊接。 (率忠玉)
