当把植物培养在硝酸铵的溶液中时,植物对溶液中的铵离子和硝酸根的吸收量是相等的,这样就不会引起溶液中发生酸碱度的变化。植物生理学者把这一类盐叫生理中性盐。由于土壤溶液里含有多种弱酸和盐类,也可能含有两性化合物(如蛋白质等),所以土壤溶液具有强大的缓冲能力,生理酸性和生理碱性一般都不易表现。不过在溶液培养法培养植物时,要特别注意培养液ph值的变化。
