This paper discussed the relationship among the relative amplitude error of scanning circuit and the power utilization factor,the jumping change and leaping change time,and the relative time error;and also pointed out the relative amplitude error of scanning circuit is a factor(-1 to 1),which has its limit value in practice,and is smaller than the relative time error.
