性质:润滑油油品防止金属对金属直接接触而产生磨损的性能。防止磨损是通过保持在运动部件表面间的油膜或在金属表面发生化学反应后的生成膜来实现的。油品的抗磨性用标准的试验方法进行评定。不同的油品试验方法不一样。例如液压油要求FZG试验失效不小于10级,或叶片泵试验失重不大于50mg;对内燃机油则要求通过规定的抗磨试验,其活塞环侧间隙损失不大于0.013mm。提高油品的抗磨性能通常要加入抗磨添加剂。
