Based on Monod kinetics and the relationship between biomass growth and substrate biodegradation,the minimum effluent substrate concentration(S_(E,MIN)) and the minimum influent substrate concentration(S_(0,min)) of constant stirred anaerobic reactor treating low strength organic wastewater were deduced.

肺泡气最低有效浓度
mininum alveolar concentration，MAC
在一个大气压力下，50%的人或动物对皮肤刺激不发生体动反应时，肺泡气内吸入麻醉药的浓度。以容积百分比表示。它是用数字来表示各种吸入麻醉药镇痛效果的等价浓度或麻醉药强度的一种量化指标，MAC愈低，麻醉效力愈强。一种麻醉药浓度的临床体征亦可用MAC的倍数来表示。并用两种吸入麻醉药时则可使MAC减少。临床麻醉所需要的麻醉浓度是95%患者不出现体动时的肺泡气麻醉药浓度，相当于1.3MAC。清醒肺泡气最小浓度(MAC awake）是指50%患者对简单的指令能睁眼时的肺泡气麻醉药浓度，各种麻醉药的MAC唤醒与MAC之比均为0.6。
