【瑞士苏黎世出口风险担保机构】瑞士对出口商提供的有政治风险的出口进行保险的政府机构。保费收人和赔付均直接进人国家预算。对私人买方的违约风险及商业风险不予承保，除非其债务由公共部门担保。而出口商的商业风险则由另外三家私人保险机构根据商业原则接受投保，保费率较高，承保的规模有限。瑞士将出口信用风险的政治风险和商业风险分开，采取双轨制经营模式，分别由官方机构和私人保险机构承办，发挥了政府在出口信用保险方面应有的作用。
