残气量
residual volume
用最大力量呼气以后,肺内残留的气体。残气量加肺活量为肺总量。在平静呼气之后,存留在肺中的气体量为功能残气量。残气量不可能用肺量计直接测定,一般均在测得功能残气量后,再减去补呼气量求得。临床上以残气量占肺总量的百分比作为衡量功能残气量是否正常的指标。
