| 地层剖面 stratigraphic section 地表或地下（钻井、矿坑中）观察到的岩石单位系列。作为标准模式的地层剖面称层型，而补充层型不足的地层剖面称参考剖面。测绘地层剖面是一项基本的野外地质工作，一般用图解方式表示地层剖面，要求能反映地层层序、厚度、岩性、所含化石、产状等情况。地层剖面图通常包括：①自然剖面图。又称地层剖面图或横剖面图，把野外观察到的一个地质断面，按自然地势、产状、视厚度，用不同符号代表岩性，绘制成一定比例尺的图解。②柱状剖面图。按地层上下顺序，用柱状图解方式表达，地层用真厚度标志，可附文字对岩性进行描述。按对象和内容的不同，柱状剖面图可分为露头柱状剖面图、钻井柱状剖面图和综合柱状剖面图。 |
