通过选择原料进行配方配料、混捏、轧片、磨粉、压型和固化等主要工艺手段,研制出了性能优良的新型高阻炭刷样品,探讨了各种原料的配方配料以及不同成型压力对炭刷样品的体积密度、电阻率、抗折强度及肖氏硬度等各项性能的影响,发现采用鳞片石墨、二硫化钼和改性酚醛树脂为主要原料,成型压力为100MPa时制得的炭刷,其电阻率约为700μΩ·m,经实际装机运行,其火花小于1。
