Peldlon xltong kekooxjng PJnggu十ongto配电系统可靠性评估方法(evaluation teeh-niques of distribution systems reliability)在给定可靠性准则条件下定量分析计算配电系统可靠性的方法。配电系统可靠性研究始于20世纪60年代。1964~1965年，有关配电系统可靠性的定量评估开始取得重大进展，提出了计算停运率和停运持续时间的近似方法，以后又不断提高和发展。20世纪80年代，有关配电系统可靠性的评估方法很多，但归纳起来大体可分两类:一类是以元件组合关系为基础的配电系统可靠性预测方法，其中使用较为广泛，并已经实践证联络率a，表示恢线各区段联络程度的系数(当a~1时，表示该恢线可以切换)，是显示故障时线路倒送能力的指标，有效运行率甲，以100%为临界，是馈线发生故障时所有各区段是否都可以切换的判据，是显示负荷有效切换能力的指标。当甲在100%以下时，即表示有裕度。但是，对于以一个地区或一个营业所规模为单位的高压系统来说，如果出现有效运行率甲(100%的馈线，则该地区高压系统就是具有裕度的系统。因此，为了判断该地区高压系统裕度的大小，还引人了适切馈线率q的概念 有效运行率专在100%适切债线率q~以下的恢电线路数总债电线路数X 100%即有裕度的馈电线路数与总馈电线路数之比，是显示地区配电系统充裕度的指标.依此，可应用通常计算可靠性的基本公式，即用户平均停电次数~用户平均停电时间一艺(停电用户数) 总用户数艺(停电用户数x停电时间) 总用户数推导出在不同系统运行方式下，以馈线为单位和以地区为单位的可靠度计算公式(见配电系统可幸性指标)，作为配电系统可靠性预侧评估的依据。 此种预侧评估方法，通常适用于所有配电系统，即使是地区性的，大规模的，甚至在一个地区内混杂着各种不同电压等级及形式的配电系统，均可适用。 其他的可靠性预测评估方法配电系统可靠性的预侧评估方法，除故障模式影响分析法和可靠度预侧分析法外，还有:①以状态空间图为基础的评估方法。此法较准确，但对大型网络，因状态空间图结构繁复，故很不实用。②以计算故障率、停运持续时间和年停运时间的方程组为基础的近似法。它可连同高阶重至事件的类似方程加以应用，或连同最小割集法一起使用。③网络简化法.它可通过逐步组合串并联元件而得出一系列等值元件，然后应用故障模式影响分析法的主要指标计算公式，计算出可靠性指标。
