肋Zhuisuxing可追溯性(t俄eability)根据标识，对实体的历史、应用情况和所处场所进行追溯的能力。可追溯性在计t领域即为溯源性，在质童管理中表明鉴别产品来源于各种情况或场所的能力，目的在于一旦发现问题能迅速查明产生质量问题的原因，并采取相应措施。可追溯性是通过与作业原始资料一致的标识来实现的，根据标识可追查到生产过程中的各种质量记录，了解到作业过程的操作人员。 可追溯性包括3个方面:①就产品而言，它包括原材料和零部件的来源;产品形成过程的历史;交付后产品的分布和场所。可追溯性指的是双向的可追溯性，既指从某一位t向前追溯，也指从该位置向后追溯。②就校准而言，是指侧童设备与国家或国际标准、基准、基本物理常数或物理特性或标准物质的联系。一般仅指向上或向更高一级的标准溯源。③就数据收集而言，是指实体质量形成过程中产生的计算结果和数据对实体质量的追溯性。当产品的可追溯性对质t至关重要时，在整个过程中从接收、所有生产阶段、交付到安装，都应保持其相应的标识，以确保原始物资的标识的可追溯性;对过程输出的验证状态和对怀疑为不合格品或不合格品批进行标识，以确保验证状态的可追溯性。(朱晓艳廖永平)
