针对真空破坏阀、拍门和快速闸门等3种断流装置在生产运用中的情况,分析存在的主要问题,提出了安全、可靠的改进途径,设计发明了新型活页闸门,该闸门在下落过程中允许门扇开启使部分水流通过,这一措施大大减小了水流对闸门的推力,使闸门两侧的摩擦力下降,最终使落门力大大增加而达到快速关闭断流的目的,再利用泵站检修闸门完成止水功能。
