According to the characteristic of high suspended substance concentration of wastewater from hydrocyclone in carclazyte workshop of a catalyst production plant, the technology of classification sedimentation was applied to reclaim the carclazyte catalyst and the recovery ratio was more than 80%.
针对某催化剂厂全白土车间旋液排放废水中悬浮物含量高的特点,采用分级沉降技术有效分离旋液废水中所含的白土催化剂,催化剂的分离率不低于80%;对分级沉降后的废水利用聚合氯化铝+助剂在废水温度为40～55℃、沉降时间为10min下进行处理,在聚合氯化铝最佳用量为80。
