In this study, the poly-D,L-lactic (PDLLA) absorbable rods were comfirmed to have good biocompatibility by embed experiment, and the degradation experiment in vitro and in vivo showed good mechanical features and total in vivo absorption of the rods, indicating that the rods meet the demands to be a biodegradable internal fixation material.
本研究通过对聚消旋乳酸(PDLLA)可吸收内固定棒在生物体内的埋植实验,发现PDLLA可吸收棒具有良好的组织相容性,生物体内、外的降解观察,证明了PDLLA可吸收棒具有良好的力学性能,并且能够被组织完全降解吸收,达到了可生物降解骨折内固定材料的要求。
