Through analyzing the present situation of and some problems existing in on-site trailable force adjustment of hydraulic switch machine,this paper makes out the concrete scheme of on-site adjustment and detection,and introduces the components,functions and characteristics of the device and the specifications of the device.

By analyzing and research the field leveling and equilibrium calculation,according to the features of equilibrium calculation under AutoCAD, taking Auto VBA as the second developing language,this paper constructs the Grid and TIN DEM models,and realizes the equilibrium calculation in certain region and the results comparison of two models,then establishes the foundation for field leveling.
