Effects of different deformation of final rolling,the heat treatment temperature and the straightening process on the hydride orientation ratio of Zr-tube used for Co-target assembling were studied.

This article studied the effect of fusant temperature and the cross air blasting speed on the degree of profile and discussed the relationship between the degree of profile and the orientation structure and mechanical properties, by measuring the degree of profile, the orientation factor, sonic modulus, breaking strength, breaking elongation of the trilobal PET.

The results shown that,as the drawn ratio increased,the orientation factors by sonic velocity method wereincreased, the water absorption ability of Nafion-H was increased and the water diffusion coe.

No matter under dry or wet thermal conditions,the increasing of temperature accelerates the orientation of the fibers;the sonic orientation factors of both two monocomponent fibers and PET/PTT b.

As the tension increases,the sonic orientation factor of PET/PTT fiber increases and the Yang′s modulus also increases;the crimp shrinkage rate and the curve elongation rate of PET/PTT fiber decrease exponentially.
