| 起电盘 electrophorus 获得静电的简单装置。1775年由A.伏打发明。它是由一块绝缘物质(如石蜡、硬橡胶、树脂等)制成的平板和另一块带有绝缘柄的导电平板构成的。先通过摩擦，使绝缘平板带正电(或带负电)；再将接地的导电平板覆盖在带正电的绝缘板上，因静电感应，导电平板靠近绝缘平板的一侧带负电，另一侧的正电因接地而消失；断开导电平板的接地线，手握绝缘柄将导电平板与绝缘平板分开(需要作一定的功)，导电平板上便带上了负电。 |
