Aiming at the current status that the quality of massive used cable conduit is not high,which affects the quality of the cable laying,and further influences the service life of the cable and the reliability of using electricity,we developed the cable duct detecting instruments using the existing mature technology combined with the requirements of cable laying regulations.

[地下电缆管道条款】中国涉外建筑工程保险的一种附加条款。它规定，保险人对被保险人在工程开工前已向有关部门了解清楚地下设施的，开工后由于非故意行为造成这些已知的地下设施损失承担赔偿责任，赔偿必须限制在修理费用之内;对于不知道的地下设施的一切后果与损失均不负责赔偿。土建工程在打地基时会碰到地下电缆及管道，并可能导致其损失，当被保险人投保第三者责任险，并且保险人知道工程所在地的地下存在或可能存在的这类设施时，必须加批本条款，以明确赔偿责任。
