The purpose of this paper is taking specific protocols and algorithms in the designed space communication network to achieve setting up spatial information network quickly and make access terminal be switched to space base station in space communication network quickly.
本课题总体目的是:在已经设计好的空间通信网络中,采取特有的规约和算法,实现空间信息网络能够快速组网,接入终端能够快速切换到空间通信网络中的空间基站。

数据输入终端(data一entry terminal)一种非交互式人一计算机系统信息输入端。在这种系统中，操作员通过键盘将大量数据输入计算机。操作员的注视点主要集中在源文件上，只是有时为了控制活动过程而要看一下键盘或显示器。操作员的眼睛主要观察源文件的文本。不过在大多数情况一下，显示器仍在操作员的视野范围内。数据输入终端的操作员通常只用右手操作键盘，用左手同时处理源文件，工作速度非常快。 (王坚撰朱祖样审)
