shebel{engqueshul x.tong设备冷却水系统(eomponent eooling watersystem)用于在反应堆正常运行和事故工况时向需投人使用的设备提供冷却水的系统。它是压水堆核电厂的一次冷却剂系统和专设安全设施的支持系统.该系统是一个中间冷却系统，在含放射性流体的设备和最终热阱之间提供一个可进行监督的中间屏障(见图)，以避免放射性流体向环境泄漏. 本系统通常设置两个独立的、分隔的系列，每个系列包含一台或两台设备冷却水泵、一台或两台设备冷却热交换器和一个波动箱。两个系列共用一个缓蚀剂添加装置。设备冷却水泵为离心泵。设备冷却热交换器通常为管壳式，按停堆后20~24h余热交换器的热负荷加上停堆工况下需要冷却的其他设备的热负荷来设计。热交换器中设备冷却水的压力应高于重要厂用水系统压力，以防止未经处理的生水漏人本系统，污染和腐蚀所冷却的设备。在设备冷却水泵的人口管道上连接有波动箱，以补偿设备冷却水系统中由温度变化或泄诵引起的水体积变化，并便于本系统放气及稳定设备冷却水泵的进口压力.为防止本系统和所冷却设备的腐蚀，通常在设备冷却水中加人级蚀剂(常用格酸钾KZCrO;)，并定期取样检查水质。级蚀剂箱┌─┐│等││箱│└─┘甭要冷却水设备冷却热交换器没备冷却水泵厂1..匕姗冷却的设备 设备冷却水系统流程原理图 反应堆正常运行时，将设备冷却水系统的一个系列投人运行，排出运行设备的热量。反应堆冷停堆及换料时，将设备冷却水系统的两个系列同时投人，以缩短停堆冷却时间。失水事故时，停止向正常运行设备供给冷却水，只向专设安全设施有关设备供给冷却水，通常将设备冷却水的两个系列同时投人。当其中任何一个系列失效时，只丧失部分冷却能力，而不丧失其安全功能。
