【概念】城市中道路、广场和公共停车场等设施的建设用地。
【说明】按国标GBJ137—90第2.0.5条的规定，道路广场用地包括道路用地、广场用地及公共停车场用地。
道路用地指主干路、次干路和支路用地，包括其交叉路口用地；不包括居住用地、工业用地等内部的道路用地。除主次干路和支路外的道路用地，如步行街、自行车专用道等用地，列为“其它道路用地”。
广场用地指公共活动广场用地、不包括单位内的广场用地。
公共停车场库用地是指供社会（包括公用车辆和私人车辆）公共使用的停车场和停车库用地，不包括其它各类用地配建的停车场库用地。
