【转贴现】商业银行将已贴现未到期的票据，以背书的方式转让给其他商业银行或贴现机构，受转让的金融机构从贴现金额中扣除一定的转贴现利息，将余额交付给转让银行的行为。转贴现是银行之间资金融通、调剂余缺的行为，是商业银行同业拆借业务之一。转贴现利率由资金融通双方商定，一般略低于贴现率，与银行同业拆借利率相近。
