补充资料：买方信贷
买方信贷(buyer's credit),是出口国银行直接向外国的进口厂商或进口方银行提供的贷款。其附带条件就是贷款必须用于购买债权国的商品，因而起到了促进商品出口的作用，这就是所谓的约束性贷款。
买方信贷不仅使出口厂商可以较快的得到贷款和减少风险，而且使进口厂商对货价以外的费用比较了解，便于他与出口厂商讨价还价。
出口方银行直接向买方(进口商、进口国政府机构或银行)提供贷款,使国外进口商得以即期支付本国出口商货款的一种融资方式。
