The results showed that: amorphous zirconia former body can be obtained by the supercritical CO2 microemulsion process,zirconia former body turned to a single tetragonal zirconia when calcined at 550 ℃,and the samples turned into a single phase of monoclinic zirconia at 900 ℃.
结果表明:经超临界CO2微乳液过程可制得非晶相ZrO2前躯体,前躯体经550℃煅烧后转变为四方相ZrO2,900℃煅烧后转变为单斜相ZrO2,ZrO2颗粒分布均匀,粒径为40 nm左右。

The quality of the sol-gel system was enhanced,and the square crystalloid nanometer barium titanate powder was gained after being calcined at 700℃ by the improved c.
根据胶体的形成机理和条件,对目前的研究工艺进行优化,制备过程中不引入H+和NO3-,在提高胶体稳定性的基础上,于700℃左右煅烧获得了各向同性、粒径约20nm的四方相Ba-TiO3粉体,解决了普遍存在的BaTiO3粉体粒径细小与四方相的矛盾,煅烧温度也较常规方法明显降低。
