Aims: In this project we attempted to use a kind of optical material, Up-Converting Phosphor (UCP), in the immunoassay as the reporter.
目的：将上转换发光材料(Up-Converting Phosphor，UCP)作为标记物应用于免疫检测，充分利用其独特的上转换发光性质，使微观免疫反应与精确仪器检测得以结合，研制一种可对多种病原体及相应抗体进行精确定量检测的生物传感器，即基于上转换发光技术生物传感器(UPT biosensor)。
