Based on a survey of restaurant customers in Beijing area, this paper focuses on the relationship between service quality and service loyalty especially in the multidimensional perspective by using empirical study techniques such as factor analysis and structural equation model.

There are still many inconsistent or even conflicting theoretical viewpoints or empirical results about the determinants of service loyalty among the researchers,which indicates that further researches should be made about service loyalty.

The paper employs empirical research method to explore relationship between service innovation and service loyalty.
