A semi-automatic algorithm based on active window line segment matching is proposed for extracting road centerlines from high spatial resolution remote sensing images.

This paper presents a method to build a special application for Windows——a soft keyboardwith Borland C++, Some principal problems in programming, such as how to generate and to maintain a top level and inactive window, how to get and post key codes from a soft keyboard and how to move a keyboard window are discussed.
