| 旋毛虫 Trichinella spiralis；trichina 线虫动物门无尾感器纲毛形目毛形科毛形属的一种。旋毛虫病的病原。世界性分布，主要流行于德国、意大利、奥地利和美国，1964年中国首次报告此虫。 虫体细小，前端较细，后端稍粗。肛门在虫体的末端。雄虫长1.4～1.6毫米，宽0.04～0.05毫米。雌虫长3～4毫米，宽0.06毫米。 成虫寄生于十二指肠和盲肠，幼虫寄生于横纹肌。人、猪、鼠为正常宿主，猪是人体感染的主要媒介。人体感染初期表现为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘、腹痛，并浑身乏力、怕冷、发热。当幼虫移入肌肉时，会引起肌肉发炎、酸痛，甚至呼吸和说话困难。 |
