腔肠动物体中的一种特殊细胞。细胞内有一个细胞核和一个外向的刺柄，内藏囊状的刺丝胞，刺丝胞内有卷曲、细长而中空的刺丝。当刺柄碰着外面某个动物体时，卷曲的刺丝立即弹出，刺入其他动物体并放出毒素，麻醉或杀死被刺中的动物。
