clostridial myositis
是主要由产气荚膜杆菌引起的一种严重急性感染。通常发生在有严重肢体创伤的患者，多数在伤后3d发病，主要表现为广泛肌坏死、全身严重的中毒症状，可出现休克甚至多脏器功能衰竭。早期诊断主要依据伤口周围有捻发音、渗液细胞涂片检查及X线平片等三项检查。诊断确立后需紧急手术。彻底清创，必要时可作高位截肢术以挽救生命。术前、术中及术后应用大剂量青霉素G和四环素。行高压氧疗法。
