一、本表收入本卷条目释文中部分外国的法典、法规及国际条约的中、外文名称，按中译名汉语拼音字母顺序排列，括注年代，后附外文。
二、国际条约使用英文或法文。各国法律名称，依名从主人原则，使用英、法、德、俄、西五种语言，其他国家一般使用英文，个别附注原文。
三、国际条约一般只注年代。区域性或双边条约在年代后注明地区或国家。国内法在年代前注明该国简称。
四、凡不同年代制定的同名文件，在译名后括注各年代。
五、凡同一文件有几种称呼的，以释文中用名列表，括注其他名称。
