chondrosarcoma
其源于软骨母细胞和胶原纤维母细胞的瘤。此肿瘤好发于躯干骨和肱骨、股骨上端。小儿的软骨肉瘤几乎均由骨软骨瘤或内生软骨瘤恶性变而来。发病之初患儿只感钝痛，随后转为持续性疼痛。检查局部有硬性肿物。X线片显示透亮度较高的实体，其中有片状钙化。经彻底切除手术治疗，5年治愈率约为30%。
