风惊恐 病证名。由体虚风邪入乘脏腑所致神志不宁，时发惊恐的病证。《诸病源候论·风病诸候》：“风惊恐者，由体虚受风，入乘脏腑，其状如人将捕之。心虚则惊，肝虚则恐，足厥阴为肝之经，与胆合，足少阳为胆之经，主决断众事。心肝虚而受风邪，胆气又弱，而为风所乘，恐如人捕之。”治用牡蛎汤、龙齿汤、龙骨汤等方。
